    Driver side window...

Ok so my window won't go down or up. But yet, i can control every other window in the car from my door. Anyone have any suggestions? When I click the button, I don't hear the motor, but the window has alot of play with it. I can pull it up and push it down with ease. Help please. I don't want to wait the couple of months the dealership said it would take.

I think its broke . Take door panel off and see if a connection is loose. Mainly the one directly connected to the motor of that window. If everything is fine you got some trouble shooting to do. Better off letting the dealers do it.

You might want to try cleaning the connections, with some alchohol and a Q-tip.

Well to make a long story short, the dealership wont be able to do it for at least 3 months from now. soooo, I need to do it myself.

Have you bothered to take it appart and look inside for any lose wires. Check the switch
and the conection to the motor. look at the wires them selves for any nicks. Go to the parts store for a trobule shooting light. Or if you would rather be lazy, just watch your car
and mabey it will fix it's self.
I hope that helps Good luck

mine driver window would dropp like 2 inches when you clicked the auto switch. It did it for about 4 months and one day id fell of the rails and got stuck in the middle. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it under warranty. No problem after that.

Why the F not?!?!? You need to find a new dealership or call Subaru. That's completely unacceptable. Your window is sorta important with winter coming........Or get a good non-dealer shop if it's out of warranty.
