    *ATTN* service recall...

just got it today in the mail, it says that the left front bolt that retains the foward part of the driver's seat to the seat rail in the car may loosen and cause a safety hazard

it says on certain 02-03's, so i could call your local dealer and set up something.

Good looking out, I think I remember seeing this somewhere else on another part of the forum, but it wouldn't hurt to read it again.

This problem is just too easy to fix on your own, if you're even slightly mechanically inclined.

    Welcome to yesterday, btw...

I want to tell them to just send me the bolt so I can save the dealer the trouble.

Wouldn't that be nice. Of course last time I was at the dealer I found someone to buy my RE92's.

Second recall this year. I still love my car.

Subaru of America, Inc. has determined that your vehicle may have been manufactured with an exhaust system that is too restrictive. Contact the nearest Subaru dealer immediately. To correct this condition, Subaru will install a catless 4-inch bellmouth downpipe and 3" catless exhaust system at no cost to you.

Unless its free correctly done labor via me!

Just kiddin', I'm sure Suburu's techs do a marvelous job. I'm just funny about doing things myself (when I can), so that I know that it's done right!
