Aww, come on people, where's the love? Give me some indication someone wants to participate so I can post the address to send the card to. It doesn't have to be an expensive card.
This is a discussion on crush washers for oil change - post card exchange within the General Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Accidents. forums, part of the Tech & Modifying & General Repairs category; Anyone out there need these? I just went to the dealer and they were low on them so I ordered ...
Anyone out there need these? I just went to the dealer and they were low on them so I ordered 20. Here is the deal, Send me a post card with your address and I will send back a post card with 1 washer.
Ok, it's not much of a deal, but it is just a little something I thought of to keep life interesting. Here are a few rules:
Pick a postcard with a picture or joke, or whatever from your state/county/city.
Put your return address on it.. I kinda need this.
If you send me a post car from a location I already have, then I'm only going to send back a thank you, this is not a free washer service.
I will put together a simple web page if I get the time, otherwise I'll post on the board my results so that I don't get a thousand post cards from the same city
BTW: I make no warranties to the useability of these washers, or if they cause problems if you try to use them on anything else but a new style WRX.
Locations:
Honolulu
Colorado

Sounds cool to me! What a great idea! You need a card from Honolulu? Rated R or G? :-)
Kewl, somebody is interested. So that is 1 from Honolulu. Anyone else?
Well, I'll post the Address on monday once I decide which one can take the abuse if there are a crap load of people who want to have fun. It's about time I put on another security system on the car too, not that I don't trust you people![]()

Ok, it doesn't look like too many people are interested, so I'll give out my regular address.
The very first post will now hold the list of places I'm getting the postcards from.
