    Starter Went out

Guys, my starter went out on my 2002 WRX. Has anyone ever replaced one? I was thinking about doing it my self, the part from NAPA is 100. In theory it doesn't sound like a hard thing to replace. Thanks

Very simple. Take off the intercooler, and you are staring at it. Just make sure you disconect the battery before undoing the main connection.

Should be a fairly straight forward disconnect wires, unbolt old, bolt in new, reconnect wires kind of affair. Be sure to do a little write up on your experience! Best of luck.
