a cat back exhaust shouldn't void anything.....its last in line....I put a helix cat back on mine so that I wouldn't void any warrantys..........I don't think they can blame tranny or motor problems on a cat-back exhaust...

well i installed a blitz nurspec exhaust and my bro and mom chewed me out saying id void the warranty by doing stuff like this...i just wanted to know what i should worry about and the things that would actually void the warranty...thanks

sure they can....
because the exhaust is connected to the turbo. If you start to have turbo problems....let's say the turbo overspun and caused a overboosting CEL....less back pressure means the turbo can spin easier.
That cat back exhaust has the ability to improve the power....so it does affect the engine!!!
