I had a star crack and a nice chip that I filled with this crap: http://www.permatex.com/auto/autogr....&item_no=16067 It fixes cracks and fills in chips...the cracks are virtually invisible afterwards.
It works great, but you can't use it when its cold out. Consequently I have some chips myself that I can't repair right now.
They're a bit thin to save weight (a good thing in my book!). Interestingly I still have my original and no place eats windshields like Colorado does!Originally posted by overdose
