    Screeching sound, brake pads or wheel bearings??

    screeching sound from front left wheel. 26k miles of hard driving

    sound dissipates with brakes, then gets louder...

    Is it my pads, or is it a wheel bearing. i barely noticed it until i had my driverside window down. no vibration from it...

    What would you recommend if im staying on stock rotors?

    Sounds like brakes. Wheel bearings usually hum or growl when going bad.
