    Question Should I change plugs

    I'm coming up on mileage that I want to change spark plugs. Should I go to a different heat range and/or just a better quality plug? If so what recommendations.

    Cobb stage 1, Turboback exhaust with a cat, silencer removed, and IC hoses.
