are these good fluids for my works?

hey guys just in , bored, so i figured i would gather some more info , ive been hearing alot about Redline Shock proof super light tranny fluid, ive used redline in my accord when i used to have it and it was great! so i was wondering , is this a yay? or nay? on the subi's fragile little gear box? and alot of my buddies run Mobil 1 full synth on there turbo cars, is this a yay or nay for the EJ20? fill me in guys , lemme know what you guys think.
Another thing i looooooove my subi but those motors are noisy little idlers arent they? my buddy owns one and he told me its because the heads are behind the wheel so u can hear more valve clicking, well lemme know if u guys know anything else on that?? my idle is at about 500 or so, so it seems ok. thanks a million fellas
