anyone use the redline wetter water? dose it raise the freezing pt. of your coolant? ??????????????

this should help up your HP, if claims are true.

Water Wetter

No, it does not change freezing/boiling point. It increases cooling efficiency though. Only really useful if you're having overheating issues. Did wonders for my 2-stroke Enduro bike when doing a lot of hard 1st gear (under 10mph) stuff w/ no fan (not included on a 200lb motorcycle)!

Ive tried it in other cars with good results, dont see why it wouldnt work in the WRX, it lowered my temps a bit, and its cheap!

I used to have it in my GS-R, sometime I'll get around to it and dump a bottle into my WRX. It makes a noticeable difference, temperature wise.

I just bought some Water Wetter. I want to flush out my radiator and refill it as part of my 30k self-service. Should I put half coolant and half mix of water and Water Wetter? The Periodical Maintenance book calls for a capacity of 8.1 quarts. So I'm thinking 4 quarts of coolant and another 4 quarts of the mix. Does that sound right?
