    yes,

    They both get their oil in HUGE drums and pump it into the car. You even proved that even a Subaru dealership will screw up the tire pressures on an Impreza (33psi in ALL FOUR TIRES).

    The only difference is COST! Way cheaper at the Quick Lube. Not as much overhead, or the name to pay for... (actually, I suppose it's related primarily to their limited services so they don't have to have extra stuff lying around, etc., etc., etc.
