    rear hatch on the wagon wont stay open

    It seems like the hydrolic things just totally died!.. Is there a way to easily fix this or is it time for a trip to my dealer?

    Trip to the dealer. Of course you could just get new struts and replace them, but you should be able to get it done under warranty.

    whats the rule on warrenty.. do I take it to any suby dealer.. or just the one I bought it from?

    You can take it to any dealer and they should fix it.
