Waiting for the body shop

Ok so I was rearended and there was some damage a while back the following is a brief of my communication while waiting (still) over a month for my car:

INQ. DATE EST. COMPLETION DATE
2-4 (drop off) 2-21 (told it should be done here)
2-20 2-28 (late start on the car)
2-27 3-3 (need part)
3-3 3-4 (need part)
3-4 3-5 (need part)
3-5 (early) Call back later
3-5 (later) 3-6 (strut came in ****ers wont finish it till tomorrow)
3-6 (early) It's over being aligned should be done soon we'll call you later
3-6(later) 3-7 We're putting the seats back in "and stuff" and wont have it ready until tomorrow.
3-7 "Chuck Goes Postal!"
