    dirty windshield

so today it rained a little bit and my car was outside. like 4 hours after it stopped raining i got into my car and the windshield was still wet so i put my wiper on and it got hard to see. i kept doing it and it looks like there are little stains all over that come back after i wipe them away. i tried hand drying it with a rag, but they still come back. i used washer fluid, nothing. anyone know what that is and how to get rid of it? if its a really stupid question im sorry, its just hard to see and i want to solve it asap. thanks

picture? Is it stains or etching? I'd say try a window polish but without pictures I can't be sure.

Looks like etching to me is it always visible or just when light hits it?

If its etching alcohol probably won't work and you'll need a window polish. I like griots window polish.

It's hard to tell from the pic, if its something stuck on it will work.
