    i just got this wrx and it is not putting out the boost it should would a exhaust leak by the manafold affect boost

    yes and no

    Yes, an exahust leak can dcerease spool time.

    No, the TD04 can spit out tons of boost leaks and all

    I would check all your vacum lines and make sure your stock restiricer pill is in place.

    Everything should look exactly like this. If your ****ing around trying to make more boost by screwing with it then quit wile your ahead.

    thanks ill try that since i got the wrx the boost gauge only read .05 but when i tred to patch the exhaust leak it was almost at .1 but i think the leak is back im not sure thanks for advice

    Where was the leak? That could be part of the problem.

    the leak is at the exhaust manifold but i think i fixed it what is my boost gauge supposed to read

    sorry just buttin in that restrictor pill its been removed in my car will it cause any probs
