Great Deal on Mobil 1 at Walmart......

Walmart has M1 in a 5 QT jug for $23. All different weights, and even SD_GR's favorite "Truck and 4x4" 5w40. I picked up a jug of 5w30

Around here m1 is around $6.50 at autozone, Kragen, etc.

    5 x $6.50=$32.50

So its an avg savings of about $9 on an oil change

I'd be shocked if any of the Walmarts around here have the 5w-40. That stuff is impossible to find. Also, I often see the 5 qt. jugs for around $20.00.

I recently got 12 quarts of Mobil 1 for free, so I'm set for a little while.

The Walmarts in my area have 5W-40 M1 but it's in a 4qt jug, not 5qt. Every other M1 they carry in jugs is 5qt though, and they're all about the same price, $23 or so.

I did notice they carry some of the extended performance M1 bottles for around $6, which is more than the "regular" M1 also.

I've got a Honda V6 (5W-20) and a Toyota 1.6L (10W-30) to shop for this weekend. It never ends.
