    hard to start

So the other day while at a redlight I pushed in my clutch and heard a poping noise. Seeing as how it went in and out of gear fine and it drove the rest of the way home fine I thought nothing of it at the time. Now when I try to start the car I have to push the pedal to the floor and then some to get it to start. Does anyone have any ideas. The cluch doesen't slip and everything seems to be fine. Please help.

I realize I'm stating the obvious, but your clutch definitely isn't disengaging fully when you press the pedal down if you need to be that forceful with it. As for what would cause that, I'm not sure.

    Gee, that was helpful...
