Loud squealing noise after tune / new exhaust

I have been using opensource to tune my car.

I am adjusting my wastegate on my map due to over boosting and hitting fuel cut. I lower the wastegate to 50 and take it for a spin to see how it does. It runs fine at first and im not overboosting. I slow down and turn around and on the way back at around 60 mph I notice a loud wheezing squeeling air noise coming from the engine. This now happens constantly in 2nd-5th gear.

It doesn't happen when the car is in neutral and I rev the engine.

The performance is not affected just the loud noise.

I recently put on a new stealth back exhaust.

Could this be caused from an exhaust leak?

    HELP!!

sounds like a preturbo upppipe leak. Could be a boost leak as well.

If it's an pre turbo exhaust leak you'll see carbon deposits building up around it pretty quickly.

I haven't even touched the uppipe so do you really think it would be coming from there?

Where else could it come from?

Perhaps it is a boost leak then, I'd check out and make sure everythings good with the connection to your IC. If you've got a plastic y pipe ensure that's not cracked as well.

Did you use new gaskets when you put on the stealth back? Did you tighten all of the nuts/bolts for sure....especially the one towards the inside that is a major pain to reach?
