A/C Condenser Restoration??

I've searched and only found posts about replacing the condenser. Mine works, but it looks very clogged up with little bits of gravel and the fins were totally owned by the grasshoppers in KS. I don't care how well it works or looks much, I just want to restore the flow to my radiator. Any tips, should I even worry about it, or is it junked? Hard to see, but almost all the fins are stuffed with grit from the plow trucks.
