Newb-Contacting SOA about raw fuel smell

What should I say when I call Subaru of America about the raw fuel smell that I have in my 04 wrx? I want to have something prepared, because I am not a great conversationalist.

Basically, what did other Subaru Wrx owners with the same raw fuel smell say to receive 100 percent of the money needed to make all the repairs to fix the problem?

All I can say is good luck. I have a coworker here who had an issue with his outback 2.5, he had to pay to fix it, then it took him 1+ years to be reimbursed for parts only which was 60% of his bill. So good luck.

Is your car modded at all? I smell fuel sometimes but its because my stage 2 map is runnin slightly rich.
