Power window & turn signal fuse blows

On my 2003 WRX sedan (65K miles) the fuse blows when I use the turn signals. This also causes the power windows not to work. This just started happening yesterday. After driving it a while, replacing the fuse allowed all to work again. Then after more driving the fuse blew again when using the turn signal. Drove some more, replaced the fuse AGAIN, and for now all is working. Clearly something intermittent, I assume a short somewhere.

Any ideas on where to look for this? Has anyone heard of this particular fuse blowing problem on a WRX? My dealer helped troubleshoot but couldn't find any short or other problem (but didn't tear into the wiring harness).

Do you have any aftermarket electronics/lights wired into the car?
Do you have any water in your taillamps/signal lights?
Have you recently replaced any bulbs?
Do your windows seem to work properly?
