    Recommended Flushing??

I took my car in yesterday for my 45000 mile warranty work. They asked if i wanted to do the recommended injector flushing and i think it was gear box as well. Not really knowing i said sure (its an extra $90) Just wondering what people know about this and if its really worth it?

If it's yellow let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down.

That's about time that the gearbox tend to get a little dirty and it wouldnt be a bad idea to replace the fluid in the front and rear.
