Question Wrench size needed for oil change?

    Hey,

Can anybody tell me what socket size I need for removing and replacing the oil plug? I can't seem to find it in the manual, and I'm hoping I won't have to guess-and-check.

I bought my WRX in California, if that makes a diff.

    Thanks a lot!

17mm if you don't have oil temp gauge.

I thought it was 18 mm (I was wrong, use 17). So far I have found every bolt to be a even number on the car, 8mm 10mm 12mm 14mm 16mm 18mm, those are the only sizes I have had to use so far.
