honda coolant in WRX?

Hey,

I'm very new Subaru owner (2004 WRX sedan) and while getting aquainted with my new engine bay, i've noticed the coolant is extremely low, ~1 inch below the Low marker.. this kind of worries me, but not knowing what it's been thru the last 2+ years I won't make much of it until I fill it up and see if it drains again + how long it takes if it does..

Anyways my question is, being a previous Honda owner, I have tons of unused Honda brand coolant sitting around .. is it ok to use this (with proper mixture of course) to top off the coolant reservoir?

The honda jug doesn't have an ingredients list from what I can see, but it does say that it's an ethylene-glycol coolant, which from what I understand is the big thing to look out for, correct?

i am a honda tech, and i use the new honda coolant (blue) in color and have no problems, however i do believe that the subaru dealer's use a tablet that they add. btw i own a '03 wrx. the blue coolant is supposedly longer lasting. the honda coolants are all 50/50 mixed from factory, unless you live in xtreme climates you should be fine
