    Gas smell?

Wassup guys I am new to the turbo car scene and dont know much. I have a 2002 WRX I haven't had it long its an automatic, I know but it was available when the money was right. anyways its got a problem. Stopped in drive, when i push the accelerator to go it idles down a little like a few hundred RPMs and then goes kinda like it has dirty injectors or something to that effect and the exhaust also pops at high RPMs when shifting? any help will be greatly appreciated.

what about the gas smell? For that, check the fuel hard lines on the passenger side. For the hesitation, it could be any number of things - how many miles on the car?
