    Owner’s manual > Search button

    My turn signal lights were not illuminating when I pressed lock or unlock with the remote. The Security indicator on the dash was blinking.

    Sure enough on page 2-17 in the owner’s manual had the info I needed. I had inadvertently set the security system to Valet Mode.

    A reminder to try the manual first.

    That's what was happening to my car when I got it from a body shop. I was pissed they broke something and it stopped flashing and beeped weird.

    Then I was enlightened by fellow board members and directed to the owners manual. DUH DUH!!!
