    E Brake Light?

Hey! New to the forum and had a question. Just purchased a MY04 WRX with a Cobb Stage 2. I bought it at 38,000 and EXACTLY at 40,100 miles my E-Brake light decides to come on while driving. No rhyme or reason to it...sometimes at a light in nuetral, sometimes when I shift to 1st, sometimes not at all. Is this some factory thing or something more dire? Can it be reset? Its been running fine besides.

Sounds like you are low on brake fluid.

my old SVX's light would come on when the pads had worn down. i dont remember if the WRX's do the same, but it might also be something to have checked...

could be a loose wire/connection..maybe where the E brake light is made to come on as the e brake reaches a certain point.

id check the fluid first though.. a lot easier.
