HELP just got back from Iraq and my check engin light is on?

I know that I dont post alot on here guys and gals, but I come to those who know the most. I just came home on mid-tour leave from Iraq and take my bug eyed beautie for a fun fall ride and it starts throwing a code. The same thing happened befor when I got deployed to New Orleans, the dealership daid that I got bad gas and it caused a few problems but $693.00 later the same thing happend not even a year later. I did all the things that I'm supposed to do aired up the tires, added fuel stabalizer, covered it, washed and waxed everything. Took her to autozone today and had them do a check, and they said that it was a #1 and 2 piston problem. She shakes and sputters all the time, Please somone help, I'm getting ready to go back to Iraq for 9 months and I want to make sure that my baby is going to be ok.

    Cylinder #1 & 2 misfire?

    It could be plugs.

Edit...or bad gas because it is a multiple cylinder misfire.....get some new gas...and reset the ECU.

I'm currently trying to do the new gas and use some injector cleaner, but I was told not to rep the plugs yet unless that is defenitly the problem.
