I searched a bit, and found the following part numbers for OEM replacement O2 sensors. There are two on the car, a front and a rear. You may be able to obtain these through the subarugenuineparts website.

    5 speed rear 02 sensor: 22690AA500

    front 02 sensor: 22641AA042

Before you purchase anything check this out:
    http://replacement.speedyperformanceparts.com/parts/speedyperformanceparts/wizard.jsp?year=2002&make=SU&model=IMP-4WDT-001&category=C∂=Oxygen%20Sensor&returnurl=null&dp= true

I recently purchased an OEM waterpump, and OEM drivebelts for my 02 WRX from them. Original equipment for less than the dealer.
