Call the dealership, give them your VIN and they will cut you a new key.

+2 unless it's an 06 which has an embolizer in it which would more then likely mean the car needs to be towed to the dealership so it can be programmed. Good luck trying to have this done on the weekend through.

won't i have to get new remotes as well, cause if u open the door with the key, and its not unlocked with the remote the alarm goes off. even if i open the trunk with the car locked, the alarm goes off

Get the key cut, unlock the door, open the door, pop the hood, disconect the battery. That should shut the alarm off. Reconnect the battery, hopefully the alarm won't go off. If it doesn't, worry about the remote later.

I have an 02 and locked my keys in the car the other day gave the dealership my vin over the phone, the key was cut by the time I got to the dealership.

My keys set off my alarm also (How stupid Subaru) but each time it does once I attempt to start the vehicle the alarm goes off. I've read my manual and did not see a way to disable this. Good luck.

+1, this works on the 02-03 ( personal experience ).
One suggestion once you get a new remote program it 4x. This will wipe out the stolen remote code. The keyless module stores 4 programs total so this will ensure the jacket thief can't run around hitting the panic button and listening for the correct vehicle.
BTW the programming instructions are in the manual as well. PITA until you figure out the sequence.

well my keys don't have a panic, and i really doubt they'll know which car the keys belong to, the remote doesn't say subaru, or anything, anymore, and the key is a coppied key so it says nissan on it! does anyone know how much the dealer should charge for a key and remote?

$60 for the remote alone at the dealer. Key by a locksmith ( yep, they can do it pretty easily ) for another $30.
Like suggested get a remote on eBay unless you absolutely need it ASAP.
