how to adjust my headlights?

can someone tell me how to adjust my headlights? they are pointed really low. i looked in the manual and all it says is to bring it the the dealer. don't want to pay for something as simple as that.

behinf the light assembly is a philips head screw adjustment. turn to desired level.

FYI, you should at least go to an inspction garage b/c you will almost certainly not set them correctly. they have regulation marks on the wall at inspection stations, and they will probably not charge you anything. i doubt the dealer would either. it takes two seconds.
