    Exclamation Scared of CEL

I just bought an 04 wrx almost 2 months ago and after about the first 1,200 the CEL came on as a 'to rich' code. about every 1,200 miles it came on after that. I took it in to the local subaru dealership on 8-19 and they said they found gasoline in the crank case and that the ECU had been re-flashed for after market upgrades. They changed the oil and supposedly re-flashed the ECU to stock specs and did an upgrade to the most current they say, and charged me $96. 2 days and 40 some odd miles later it came back on again. I called the dealership where i bought it from and they said the only mod done was the turbo timer they never touched the ECU. This car was the owners fathers car and they did all the i was wondering what could be causing it to throw out codes that its running to rich and how I could of possibly ended up with 91 octane fuel in my crank????

I dont know what the problem is but what I am wondering is how can you tell there is gas in the crank case? That sounds bogus to me unless they have a lab for testing the oil they pulled out of your car (and they obviously dont). Maybe someone at the dealership could explain this?
