    help me

    I have a 02 wrx with a boost con and borla cot back, but my turbo cuts out at 300 rpm,s in 3rd and up. can anyone help?

    all i ask is my why is my turbo cutting out.? sorry i dont know much about this stoff yet thats why im asking. when im on the highway i feel and see on my boost guage the turbo cutting out for what reason i dont know? please help.

    are you sure its boost cut or just tapering off?
    does it slam shut? or does it gradually get lower? boost cut is usually a violent shut down.
    your boost should taper off in the higher rpms. that is normal. I think on that year you should be down to 8 or so psi at redline. and 12 at peak around 4-5k.

    It seems to flutter up and down. I have no clue, but there is definately a problem. I had a bov and thought it was doing it but I put the stock one on and it still happened. I cant even really get a good reading on my boost because of it.

    go back to stock and try it. Get rid of the boost controller.
