    Exterior-safe tape?

I have some decent damage ($1100 estimate) between my rear driver side window and back window. I can't get it fixed in the immediate future but want to protect it, I was thinking of sealing off the area around it w/ plastic and tape, what tape can I use on the car?
    Thanks in advance

    Good stuff - http://www.usbodyproducts.com/crashwrap.html

You should be able to pick some up at a local auto body supply store. Ask for "Crash Wrap".
