Id be real careful, there could be extensive front subframe damage that you cant see on the surface, as well as the more obvious stuff like suspension, A arms, etc. How much are they asking for it?

I would be careful. It looks like the Driverside A pillar is tweeked. That is the main support for the cabin, and should not IMHO asbored any impact. If it did (and it looks like it did) you'll have a hard time fixing the car. I'd PM trainrex or wait till he replies to this and see what he says. I'd personally pass on this offer as a used bug eye wagon can be had for 12k...which by the time you buy this and have it fixed properly you'll be past that point.

seriously, look at my thread on the accident i just had. 13,000 in damage and it looked similar to what the wagon has. If he allready bought it then i guess under 3,000 isn't too bad.

I had more damage done to my 02 wagon and it cost my insurance 11K to fix, but car still runs like a champ. There are a lot of used parts that you can get but it'd be a fun project to play with. Good find.

hmm pretty iffy even if the damage cost is only 9 thousand that will still bring the grand total to about 12k and that sir can be enough to get a clean title high mileage wagon if u look hard enough...good pick up tho and +1 on a good project

Anyone think that it's worth it to part out and just buy another one that's not wrecked?
