    General Maintenance Question

    Hi all,

I have a 2011 WRX Sedan with roughly about 53,500 miles on it.

I do my own oil changes, and wipe blade changes yearly and I also change my cabin air filter and engine filter. I was wondering if there is anything else I should do?

In this car, do we need to change the spark plugs? If so, when?

Do we change the timing belt at any time?

    Thanks
    Manny

Yeah actually the manual will tell you what's all coming up. Your in a good spot. My timing belt on my 11 is getting changed next year, probably waste my tax refund on it.

The gear oil is important. People will let transmission and diff oils go for ages after its long dead. It's important to drain it to remove any debris and prevent excessive wear from them.
