05 WRX Should i buy it?

This wrx is up for sale at an insurance auction near me. Its only main issues are the passenger side's upper frame (should be able to cut it off and weld a new one back on),but the rest of the frame seems perfectly straight. And the fact that it has a salvage title. Also, for some weird reason, the engine barely any oil in it (below "L"). Is there any advice anyone could give me about any of the problems with the car?
It is a Canadian car and they are asking $2200 cad for it with 180 000 km.

My personal opinion, its only worth scrap value. Buying a unibody vehicle with any frame damage is usually a terrible idea.
