    Blown turbo seals?

I was driving and noticed my car wasn't running right and I pulled over and opened the hood. There was oil all on the bottom of my hood where oil is shooting out of my bov? Is it turbo seals or?

Pics would help greatly. Dumb question but it happens, but is your oil cap on?

Where on the hood is it as well? There's going to be oil in the I take syst sadly. It's normal. And looks like a lot too but as long as it's within subaru spec it's normal. I think it's 1 quart per thousand miles is normal

It's still a little hard to tell exactly where the oil is. Was there seepage around the valve and where the intercooler connect? Maybe either the gasket needs to be replaced or it wasn't seated properly
The plastic ends on the intercooler may be leaking as well, but I'm sure you'd notice a boost leak. ..maybe not who knows
And also the throttle body to intercooler hose is notorious for slipping off. So if there's oil in the intake then it could be getting by there as well.

Again just based off these pictures

OP, so your saying the car wont boost past 9psi now ever? What is the year and model? And finally, are you blowing any smoke out of the exhaust.

9 PSI is (around) wastegate pressure give or take.

Do you have any way to datalog the car? Check your DAM/IAM and fuel trims. Post here.

    Additionally, list all modifications.

So find someone local to you with an OP2.0 or purchase one yourself. Alternatively (and preferably), I'd go back to your tuner and have a health check done.

As for the oil, there are two potential sources:
    1. Turbo CHRA seals (as you have mentioned)
    2. Worn/damaged piston ring

Since it's much easier to health-check the motor than the turbo, I would have a leakdown test performed on the motor. If the motor is healthy, you should consider turbo replacement/rebuild.
