What mods and mileage? How low is super low? Do you have a way to check your fuel trims in Learning View?

I would check for any post MAF leaks (learning view could help with this). If you determine there are no leaks, I would try cleaning the MAF, and probably the throttle body and idle air control valve.. the throttle body tends to get gunked up after about 100k miles.

You could also try resetting the ECU, and/or unplugging the front O2 sensor to try and help diagnosing the issue. Also, look over all the wiring in the engine bay (especially where ground wires are mounted). Dirty/bad grounds can cause all kinds of screwy things to happen.
