Slight Coolant Leak - 2001 Outback

Hey guys! Not sure if anyone knows here, but I have a slight coolant leak coming from the port between the Overflow tube and the Cap area, is there reason for concern, and is there a way to fix it?

It hasn't been overheating or showing any signs other than I parked and looked at the engine bay after turning it off and saw it - it's been happening the last two/three times I've driven it with no issues at all.

Photos attached; Car is a 2001 Subaru Outback H6 with 203000km on it.

Hard to tell but if you're sure it's that hose just replace it. May have dry rotted, cracked, swollen. Something

Pressure test it. Might be the hose or the radiator.
