Weird Sound coming from car only when moving between 45-60 mph

I have an issue coming form my 03 WRX there is a weird noise coming from under the car only when the vehicle is going between 45-60 mph. I noticed this after I switched from my regular stock intake to the SPT intake. A shop had told me it was the intake. My friend a Subaru specialist told me it could be the wheel bearings, tranny or driveshafts but everything is ok. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If its the intake it'll change volume or pitch with the throttle. If its the bearings or drivetrain parts it'll follow the wheel speed.

Usually if you change the filter it will make more noise, change the intake too even more air sucking/whistle-ish noises.

Sorry for the very late response. I ended up finding out it's the rear wheel bearings when I took to get my car aligned.
