Questions about unplugged cables and grounding. Help please

Hello, I have a 2003 wrx, Well i got some work done in my car and i came to realize i see some wires unplogged. The 1st one is by the boost seleroid and they other one is by the windshield wiper container. Can anyone tell me if im
Misding something or where they belong?

Also a stupid question , they grounded some wired to the stock intake manifold, and I see that sometimes my stereo , my driver side headlight turns off and comes back one. In addition to I got my tgv malfunctioning now and I have the cel for them. My question is , could this be cause because I have some wires grounded to the intake manifold?

The one by the washer tank is for the rear windsheild pump on the wagons. The one in engine bay is for the EGT sensor which has probably been removed/disabled. I doubt the added ground wires are causing your issue with the lights.
