    Cant get STRIPPED bolts off!?

    So the the bolts from the down pipe to the turbo are stripped pretty good. Tried vise grips but that just made it worse, what do you recommend I should do?

    Just cut them off with a Dremel at this point.

    Do you think the nut splitter would fit in there? their isnt much room between the bolt and pipe

    This. You'll have to replace it anyway, just cut it off.

    Be very careful and you won't even touch the stud. I've done this on numerous Volvo turbos and exhaust manifold nuts. You are in a way better position than a broken stud.

    Doesn't look like you soaked it down with Kroil or PBlaster. I guess too late now for that.

    Just at least spray some penetrant like Kroil or PBlaster or the like first. You really don't want to break the stud.
