    2003 wrx question

i have been having a problem with the turbo in my wrx. I have tried changing the vacuum lines, the restrictor pill, then i forgot to connect the line that goes to the turbo module (under the plastic cover) i noticed that the turbo boosted to what is was supposed to (.1 mpa). When i plugged it back in, it went back to what it was (.03mpa). Does the boost module go bad? and would it cause a low boost? What else could it be?

im not sure what you mean by "cel's" , but the reason why i started to change things is because i was getting boost. all the changes i made did nothing to help with the low boost. To my knowledge everything is original.
