Oh ****...not "er er er er" sounds...you definitely should NOT drive the car. You're probably going to have to replace the entire exhaust bearing housing as well as the entire blinker fluid reservoir. That requires a full tear down of the Intake stack bell housing.

Are you from a place where a different language is spoken? So am I, and many others here.

The starter cable carries considerable current. If it is broken, replace it.

Since the clutch was replaced, the starter was removed. It may have been replaced incorrectly; it may not be fully seated. Check that the starter is fully seated and "flat."

I disconnect the battery when working on starters.

If its a really fast clicking and not a grinding check your connections and check to see if your battery is okay.
If its grinding it can either be the starter drive(the piece with the teeth on it) hope its this because if you have a shop near you that rebuilds starters then the drive is pretty cheap. It could also be the flywheel. Was th flywheel also replaced with the clutch? Do you know if any teeth are broken on the flywheel?
