    Problem with truck clutch

Just put a new clutch in. It's hydraulic. When the trucks off i can shift gears fine but when i start it i can't or if i start it while in gear i can't get it out of gear. We bleed the lines and we're not getting any air bubbles out. Any ideas why?

Look around you - any parts left over? Like a throw-out bearing? It might also be possible the clutch plate or throw0out bearing got reversed, maybe...
You can't have everything - where would you put it?
