Personally, I'd volume match. And I'd PnP the intake/exhaust ports as well. The STi OEM heads will be more headache than they're worth IMO. If you went with the STi heads, you'd have to worry about plugging the AVCS. EJ205 heads have the most "meat" around the ports, so they have the biggest potential for flow except for perhaps the EJ207 heads.
