Will my WRX be okay to race without intake air duct?

My favorite tuning shop forgot to install it back on the car and I haven't been able to pick it up.
Will it be okay to race my car without it for a day?
    I'm going to the track.

The tuning shop is so far away from where I live, and on top of that, I'm not sure if they still have it.

Will there be any problems with heat soak?
It's going to be 95-105 degrees out

Not "heat soak".. that wouldn't be effected by the lack of the ram air duct. Sitting while staging though may cause your IATs to rise quite high, which will in turn pull timing and your car will be down on power.
