    rear diff question

I decided it was time to change my diff fluid. I found that my diff had been playing hockey and spitting its teeth in the diff fluid.
It would clunk when first starting out every so often, like once a week. It was probably clunking/slipping/breaking teeth going down the road too, probably just couldn't hear it.

I need a diff off an 02-05 to replace mine right?
    I've got an 02 sedan

anyone ever have a rear diff rebuilt? cost?
the only ones I've seen so far are 140k+

You can't have everything - where would you put it?
