Poof of white smoke 2013 wrx

I just got my first oil change (2600 miles). Since then any time I turn the car on after sitting for awhile there is a poof of white smoke. This has happend 3-4 times over the last week. This car is a dd and I gently drive maybe 6-20 miles per day. Should I be concerned and should I call the dealer?

I have the same problem. here is my video

wrx white smoke after AP stage 1 - YouTube

I jsut had an oil change done at my local Subaru dealership and think I found the problem Here is a pic of my dipstick. It's an inch over the full line!!!

I have a feeling it's blowby and some excess oil burning off. I'll be stopping by the subaru dealership tomorrow to hopefully have them put the right amount in this time.

Just a little bit over filled on these motors makes them give a little poof on start up until it's burned off, I've noticed almost every oil change that I get a poof on the first start up.
